Principal Investigator: Catherine J. Page

CPpicColorCatherine Page obtained her B.A. in chemistry from Oberlin College, and her M.S. and Ph.D. from Cornell University.  She worked briefly (2 years) for E. I. DuPont de Nemours, Inc. before coming to the University of Oregon.  Her research interests lie in the area of solid state inorganic and materials chemistry.  She is a member of the Materials Science Institute at the University of Oregon, and is a co-PI in the NSF CCI Center for Sustainable Materials Chemistry.

Outside of the lab, she enjoys classical music (violin) and plays in a number of local groups and the Newport Symphony.  She also loves gardening, art and white water rafting.
